Dave is probably the most personable fitness instructor I have encountered in my many years of attending exercise classes. His classes are challenging and fun and he is a great motivator. Having a chronic back injury, Dave is always prepared with alternatives for me and makes every effort to ensure I don’t inadvertently make things worse. AND – he NEVER forgets a name – a great personal touch! I highly recommend Dave as a fitness trainer who is committed to your personal needs and to give you the results you’re looking for.

Dave has been an exceptionally great fitness instructor for me. I was greeted with a warm smile and addressed by my name on the very first day which made me feel instantly comfortable fitting into a new group of strangers. Within a couple of sessions Dave new my weaknesses, pushed me when I needed it and was always quick to give an alternative exercise so I didn’t stress an old knee injury. I cannot recommend Dave enough. His circuit and boxing classes were the best!
